Leveraging Employee Brands
Business operates in real time. It demands a new breed of brand ambassador who is no longer confided to trade shows and special events. It needs someone who can answer questions without a call to an 800 number. It wants to connect with a person -- not a brand.
Employees have always been brand ambassadors. There is a tremendous opportunity for companies that engage employee brands as a necessary ingredient in company brands.
